Stance
Start in your stance. For a right handed person their left foot should be forward with feet shoulder width apart. Try to stay on the balls of your feet because this will make you more agile in your movements. Hands should be closed in a fist touching your cheeks. Elbows should stay tight to your side.
Pivoting
Pivot on the ball of your left foot while straightening your leg. You should hit with the shin of your right leg. Also, throw your righ hand to your butt. The path of your hand to your butt should be close as possible to your body.
Returning
After contact is made with the target, pivot back on your left foot until you return to your stance. While returning to your stance your right hand should return to your face.
